recaptcha erros

  when i try to log in my page, ‘Recaptcha Error’comes out, so when i follow instruction on page ‘As an added security messure, your host has introduced a captcha image to prevent brute-force attacks on your login page. You will be directed to your login page once you successfully complete the the Captcha below. ‘ ,,,,

  the next page is followed like the below,

  The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly. Go back and try it again.(reCAPTCHA said: invalid-request-cookie)

  i dont know how could i solve this issue, sincerely,

  Hi there,

  The site you’re speaking of is not hosted on WordPress.com, as we don’t use recaptcha anywhere on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help, or contact your hosting provider directly if captcha is being added from their end:
