recaptcha is preventing me from logging into my wordpress admin for my site

I used a WordPress extension to add recaptcha v3 to my website flanaganandsun.com. I registered with recaptcha and copied the two required keys. After entering the keys into the WordPress extension for recaptcha, I logged out and now I can’t login again (recaptcha throws an error message that prevents me from accesses my admin page).
How can I regain accesss to my admin on my website and how can I fix the issue with recaptcha so my page works correctly?

    Hi there!

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble logging into your site. We’d love to help, but your site uses WordPress.org and is hosted by netfirms. We can help with WordPress.com sites in this forum.

There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

For help with logging in, please contact your hosting company. As your site is on their servers, only they can help you in this regard. As for fixing the issue, you may want to contact recaptcha support or post on the WordPress.org support forum, which is the right place for help with WordPress.org sites.

Thank you for clarifying that. I was able to contact Netfirms tech support and they walked me through a solution to regain access to my site (renaming the folder for the WP recaptcha extension). I was then able to install a different recaptcha extension that works.
