Recaptcha Issue: Cannot Access Admin & Customers Cannot Create/Login Acct.

  Hello,

  We’re having a bit of a major issue with our recaptcha. We are no longer able to access the site admin. (essentially locked out) and our customers cannot create an account or login on site. We self-host through CloudFlare. Looking to find a resolution ASAP. Tried different browsers, resetting cache, looking into our recapthca admin (Google v3), incognito, etc. and nothing will allow us to access the backend of the site.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must solve this problem yourself by contacting your hosting support or take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org

  @staartmees thought that may be the case and thanks for the update. I’ll try my other methods.
