  We upgraded the plug-in this afternoon through the site and now now we can’t login nor can customers as the login buying is frozen. Please advise on how we can login and correct this. Thank you

  Howdy –

  The easiest way to proceed would be to deactivate the Recaptcha plugin. After that, the site should start working as expected. You could also revert the plugin to its previous version.

  The account you’ve written to us from does not have a hosting plan that utilizes plugins. What is the entire domain or URL for this project?
