  I do not see any upgrades under your @napraforgoo WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I noticed that while you do not have any upgrades on your account, the other admin on your site does.

  Do you have access to the other account listed here? If so please sign out of this account and into that one, and then you will be able to find your purchase history here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
