    I previously had a web developer set up my site and when I asked for the domain to be transferred they deleted the site and I have no access to anything. I am trying to find out if my receipt is legit or if it was made.

    Is there any service called WordPress.com Business (new purchase) monthly subscription for $33?

    I haven’t been able to find any monthly subscriptions for a website.

    Hey @12grayzz, was your domain also registered on WordPress.com along with the hosting?

    If so, recovering your website is possible only if you have valid proof that you are the owner of the site/domain.

    I’d suggest you to look at https://wordpress.com/support/passwords/#account-recovery in the meantime. I believe someone from the staff will provide you with more information.

    Yes, that was a plan that we offered. It has been replaced, but older sites may still be using it.
