  How do I get a receipt for domain auto renewal?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You should be able to view receipts from your billing history page.

  Thanks again. It’s not appearing in my billing history and that’s the problem.

  The only proof I have of the transaction is a charge from WordPress on my credit card statement and a note on “My Upgrades” that it’s scheduled to renew again next year.

  I’ve scoured the support forums and the only solution I’ve found is a WordPress representative seeing the discussion and posting/reposting the transaction to the billing history.

  Hi there,

  After looking into your account, I found that the domain was not in your account. The domain is currently in the account of another user of the site. Please contact that user and they will be able to see the receipt in their billing history.
