Receipt for May 2022

  Hi,
  I got charged on a credit card on the 16 May 22 and looking for my receipt. I can’t find it in the purchases tab. Please help?

  It seems your account michelletaylorfclcorgau doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform. That charge was probably connected to another account of yours. To restore access to your other account, you can use the Transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/. Once logged in to the account connected to that purchase, you’ll be able to retrieve the receipt.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm this account has never bought any paid upgrades from us, so if this is definitely for a WordPress.com purchase, it was made under another username account.

  If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow the account recovery steps @staartmees linked to above so we can help you regain access.

  That is correct. We pay for another org to use wordpress. Would the receipt have gone to their wordpress account?

  If the upgrade was bought via their WordPress.com account, the receipt would have gone to their email, yes.

  Can you tell me the URL of the site in question? Then I can at least confirm for you whether it’s hosted here with us, or using WordPress at another hosting provider.
