  I was just notified by Paypal that I was charged my annual fee. I need an official record of payment or invoice for my tax records but cannot find it anywhere. Can you help me with this asap?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  As your account cynthiapecking200917 doesn’t have a site on the wordpress.com platform, it’s obvious you got billed for another account.
  You can use the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ to restore access to your other account.

  Thanks for your reply. I transferred my WordPress domain to Squarespace back in the summer, but did not realize I then needed to go into WordPress and cancel my account. That is why I do not have a site on WordPress.com that is showing up, but I’m still being charged the annual fee. Can you cancel this last payment of $48 (refund it) and then I will cancel my account?

  You can’t be charged for a website that’s no longer there. You can find out more about that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. On the same page is a contact form to contact the Billing team.
