receipt for services not showing up in account

    I paid for a domain and a year subscription, but it does not show up in my account as a receipt even though i have an email receipt. Is there a way to fix this?

    Do you remember the URL of the domain you purchased?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    But if you know the domain that was registered, we can look it up and perhaps get you pointed in the right direction.

    Hi,

    The URL was polarisperformancellc.com and it is hooked up to my same wordpress account I use for a couple of my sites. After checking my sites, none of them have a receipt in the account still. Yet, I have an email receipt from wordpress saying that I purchased the domain and a plan for the URL mentioned above.

  • The domain/site exists and is owned by a WordPress.com user that is different from the one you are posting from. No worries, it’s common for folks to end up with a second WordPress.com user account from time to time. But you will need to regain access to it in order to use the site.

    The easiest way to do this is the “Why Was I Charged” system. The name is based around people using it for a forgotten reoccurring charge, but you can also use the same info to help regain access in a situation like yours.
