    I dont want this subscription and I already requested that the money would be returned via Manage Purchases. However, I did not recieve the money back, even though I was on time and it was stated on the website that it would be returned.

    If you cancel a renewal you don’t get an automatic refund. You need to contact us to issue the refund in that case. That is clearly stated in your documentation on refunds:

    Refund a Purchase

    Based on your account history you have never contacted support before posting this thread, so I’m not sure where you requested a refund for this renewal. I have now process it. You will see the receipt in your billing history, and you should receive the refund in about 10 business days.

    Also please note that the transaction ID for an upgrade can be used by anyone to gain access to your account via the account recovery form. Please don’t post that type of information in the forums again. I’ve removed that from this thread’s title.
