    A Transaction ID is one of the pieces of information that someone can use to gain access to your account, so please don’t post it in a public forum. I have removed that information from your post topic.

    The transaction ID you provided is not for an upgrade on WordPress.com, but for an Akismet plan. I do not have access to Akismet systems to cancel that plan for you.
