  I need a receipt for the purchase of this domain and support appears to be closed. Any advice or help? Time is of the essence!

  You’ll need to be logged in as the user who purchased the domain to see the contact form.

  Thank you for that info, but . . . I don’t want to appear stupid, but I’ve gone to that page a dozen times, logged in through this account (for the domain in question) and my personal account and I cannot access any contact form. All the page says is that support is offline b/c of a brainstorming meeting. Maybe I’m completely misunderstanding what you want me to do or overlooking something, though, so any help would be appreciated.
