Receipt unavailable for accounting department

    Hi, I have been billed for a domain and I cannot provide the receipt to my accountant. Could you please send it on email?
    (15€ for bagatelle-st domain)

    Hi there,

    You can view all transactions made with WordPress.com, including payments and refunds, in your Billing History

    Click on Date to select a time frame to show transactions from.

    Click on View Receipt to view more information about that transaction.

    Hi there,

    Thank you very much for your quick reply. I have the following message in my billing history:

    Sorry, we couldn’t find receipt #(redacted)

    I have received an email with a confirmation of billing and when I click “See the receipt”, I have the same error message.

    I was hoping help center could check what went wrong.

    Hi –

    I’ve had a look at the account and there have not been any charges made to it. This is why you are striking out when trying to view the billing history.

    Do you know which site you were billed for? Could you provide that for me? Then I can get you to the right account and get the receipt sorted.
