Receipt/invoice

Hello, we purchased a premium plan about a month ago to use for a blog subdomain. However, when we realized that the custom theme we designed (that closely matched their our clients main website) could not be used on a wordpress hosted website we had to cancel the plan. Our client wants an invoice/receipt that shows all the charges that went through. None of the billing information I could find was really appropriate as the web pages require login. We wondered if you had any sort of email recepit or transaction history you could send, or anything that is more forwardable.

Hi there,
You can view/print/email your receipts for any transaction by going to Store > Billing History in your Classic Dashboard.
Please note that when you click on ‘View/Print’ for any transaction, you can change the ‘Billed to’ section by hovering over it. Then when you click inside the box, you can edit the text.

If I goto wp-admin on a site listed for my account then Store->Billing History opens the new style user interface. And as far as I can tell that one doesn’t have anything printable or email-able short of taking a screenshot.

can you see your transactions there? I can see all your transactions/refunds there.

When I click that link it shows this:
http://screencast.com/t/y7pdNk3kI can see my transaction history there; however, the only way to send that that looks good would be sending an image to our client. Or I could create my own spreadsheet or HTML page to display the data; however, I’d rather something that seems more official (Generated by wordpress).

Click on View Receipt and then you can take a screenshot of that.
Unfortunately that’s all we can provide you as we don’t have anything more official. You can use the email receipt that we sent you when you purchased the upgrades if you still have that.
