Receive email for other readers when there is a NEW post

We have a protected WP website for our family. I would like to be able to make a list of all there emailadresses to make it possible to let them receive an email, when there is a NEW post.
There is a possibility for the CHANGE of a post (http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-post-changes/) to make an emaillist, but I look for the same system for when there is a NEW post. This makes the website more lively.
