    Hi there,

    Is this for your domain mapping? The domain mapping belongs to a different account, k4747x, so you need to be logged in as that account to renew the domain mapping.

    However, that mapping upgrade only expires on 2017 from what I can see.

    If you want that mapping linked to the Premium plan you bought in this account, please reply here as the username, k4747x, to confirm, and I can move the mapping over to this account and link it with your plan so the two will renew together in future.
