Receive refund/ close all accts

    I want a refund ASAP!
    I want ya cancel everything!
    Every time I click “manage purchases” an upgrade popup appears. No account info or purchase info about acct!!
    Please help!!

    Hey there, just noting that the site you’ve linked to yourinnerharmony.wordpress.com hasn’t been updated since 2010. Is that the site you are trying to cancel a plan or upgrade for?

    You can cancel any purchase you made on WordPress.com from your manage purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases as long as you are logged in with the WordPress.com username account that made the purchase.

    Next to the plan or upgrade you want to manage click the arrow on the right side which will expand to show your options and at the very bottom you should see “Cancel Subscription and Refund”

    Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase on everything but custom domain registrations which need to be cancelled within 48-hours of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

    As @justjennifer mentions, you will need to contact us from the account connected to the upgrades in order for us to assist with the cancellation and refund if those subscriptions. Please post in this thread under the correct WordPress.com account, and we’d be happy to assist you.
