Receive two invoices

When a customer places an order they receive two invoices on the same email, one is the WordPress one, and way down the bottom is the PDF, How do I stop the WP one from appearing as customers are unaware the PDF copy is at bottom of the email page?.
Also is it possible to alter the WP invoice as there is so much wated space (to narrow and to long) when printing?

Can you confirm the URL of the site you need help with? The two sites in your WordPress.com account haven’t been updated since 2018, and neither of them contain any ecommerce features that would make it possible to send invoices to customers.
If you’re speaking of a site using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider, please contact support for the specific ecommerce plugin you’re using directly for help with this, as that plugin is responsible for creating and sending out any invoice/receipt emails for transactions on the site.

It’s for a new site sorry, I didn’t know it had to be another site. I’ve now found a workaround.
