    Howdy,

If you no longer want to renew your domain, you can transfer it to another registrar.

If you’ve already initiated the procedure to transfer the domain, but are not receiving the EPP code, I’d advise checking your spam folders, in case the email is being filtered out.

If you are still having a problem, let me know, and we can take the next troubleshooting step once I get more feedback :-)

Hello. I can`t transfer to another registrant-

This is alert in my domain prvider: “Your ocesaronada.net domain is expired. (Or expiring). Contact the Department of Records.”

    Rgds.

    Hi there,

I have entered the Domain Manager and successfully sent you your domain’s EPP code, via email, without receiving any errors.

Are you not receiving this EPP code, or is the registrar you are trying to transfer ocesaronada.net to unable to process the transfer?

Once you give me some additional clarification, I will be more than happy to continue resolving your issue.
