Received $13 bill. Need Help.

Hi, We are using a free wordpress account till date and noticed a charge of $13 on 12/26/2017 with the following description on the credit card ‘[redacted] HTTPSWORDPRES CA’. We need to know for what reason is this payment for and where can we get the receipt of this bill?
Also, note that we did not request for any custom domains in the past. Please process the refund if it was done by an accident.

That is the value of a domain mapping upgrade for 1 year.
Perhaps you have more than one username account or you are not the person with the username account that purchased the original upgrade.
If you are logged in under the wrong username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies before logging into it. Then check your Billing History page https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/
If you are not the person with the username account that purchased the original domain mapping upgrade contact theme and tell them to act on this.

This maybe helpful too Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

We check all our accounts and could not find the source of information. No one from our team requested for domain mapping. Please help us to process the refund and remove primary domain mapping.

Please help!!
