received a cease and desist letter because of domain name

  Hi, I need dome advise please. I got a C&D letter from a French company telling me to delete my domain name from the registrar and host my site under a different name. The name I choose was available for public. What can I do?

  You are legal owner of the domain agnesbphotography.com, so you could fight it in court if you wanted to.

  If you’d rather not take it to court (most usually don’t), I can cancel the domain for you, but it has unfortunately passed the refund period.

  Hi, I need help canceling my domain. It says click on Cancel if available in Subscription Status but i don’t see it. My upgrade will expire in 10 months. I am looking everywhere but can’t figure it out how to cancel my domain. I know i passed the refund period and that’s fine.
  Please help. Thank you!
