    hi, i received an email to renew my wordpress. i logged into account on stepstowellnesscounselling.ca. i want to make sure that i have an up to date credit card so that payment can automatically renewed. i added credit card but then found that it said that i don’t have an active wordpress website. i just want to make sure that my website and payment info is up to date. please confirm.     Hey there, the issue is that you’re using a different account.

    Can you log out, then log back in using the email address that received the renewal reminder? Then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and you’ll be able to add a card there.
