Received NO Email About Domain Expiration

I need to reactivate my domain with some Wild West people that tell me I need a pin number. I have no idea about a pin number and my website doesn’t live at wordpress. There is no PHONE NUMBER for wordpress anywhere.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Can you tell me the custom domain name you are referring to? It helps us assist you.
Thanks,

I just realized this is a “Public” forum, I am sure there is nothing anyone here can do to help me – y’all will surely not have some “pin” number I am supposed to have from years ago

Since your domain is in the redemption period, it might be able for you to get it back.
I’ve tagged this thread for WordPrss.com staffs. Someone of them reaches you and assists you soon. Please wait for a moment patiently.
Thanks!

Is there NOT a customer service PHONE number for this company?
WordPress.com doesn’t provide phone support currently. All of the information about how to get support on WordPress.com is here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/
Please refer to it.
Thank you :)

Hi wilsonbanjo,
wilsonbanjoco.com expired on 2017-06-16 and is currently in the redemption period:
We can still try to recover it but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the $26 domain renewal costs. If you agree, I can generate a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.
If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released, although this can take 80 days or more. There is also no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.
You mentioned not receiving an email about your domain expiring. Our system shows a renewal email was sent on 17 May 2017 to the email address on your Account Settings page. If you didn’t receive it, it may have gone to your spam folder.
Please let me know if you want to pay the fee and we’ll go from there.
Thanks!

I am trying to get a pin number from WordPress that Wild West Domain needs to recover my account. They have the ability to do this on their end, since I don’t have a WordPress website anymore, I can deal directly with them is what they told me to do. They said Worpress has a pin number or customer number that I need.

Hello? And everyone I talk with says to CALL WordPress, since that is what one would do, but there is no phone number anywhere. Does this company actually exist or have a customer service presence?

Hi wilsonbanjo,
I am trying to get a pin number from WordPress that Wild West Domain needs to recover my account.
Wild West Domains is our domain partner. wilsonbanjoco.com was registered through your WordPress.com account so we provide support for renewals and any other queries about your domain (there is no need to contact Wild West Domains directly). If you would like to try and recover wilsonbanjoco.com, you’re in the right place. I’m WordPress.com staff, so I can help you do this.
Does this company actually exist or have a customer service presence?
We don’t provide phone support but we can help you here. These forums are where we provide support for anyone without a paid plan (Personal, Premium or Business).
Just let me know whether you would like to start the recovery process.
