Hi @kelseytamayo1 – We do make phone calls for expiring domains. However, I’m not seeing a charge on your account “kelseytamayo1.” It looks like you have a few more threads open on this issue:

Wow! I didn’t know that and I don’t think the other Volunteers know that either.

Right now, the majority of the phone calls are recordings, but we’re trying to alert as many people as possible that their domains are expiring! :)
