receiving a 'Internal Server Error'

    I am trying to log in to edit my blog and I get the following message at http://www.thinklifecoaching.ca/wp-admin/:
    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    I do not know why this is occurring of what I may have done. I do not know how to access the ‘server error log’.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You’ve posted your question in the support forums for sites hosted by WordPress.com, but your above site appears to be hosted by iPage

    Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You will need to contact your web hosting provider for assistance with this problem. We cannot help you here.
