receiving critical error message

I WordPress Team,
We were updating some plugins on our website at ieltstoronto.com, and made changes to the registered administrator email accounts since the one on the profile is un-reachable nowadays.
The problem here is before any of the plugins finish updating we received a critical error message and we are now stuck after the login screen as the message keeps blocking us from getting anywhere further. As stated earlier the registered email account for the administrator is no longer reachable can anyone help? provide a fix/resolve for this?
