Receiving email notifications at two email addresses

    I am receiving email notifications to moderate comments on my blog at two different email addresses — one that used to be the place I wanted to receive notifications and one at the address I now want to receive them.

    I have gone through every screen I can find in the dashboard to change all references to my email address to the current address. I don’t see my old address listed anywhere anymore, yet I’m still receiving the notifications in both places.

    Can you help? I’ve read through previous threads like this in the support forum, but none of the responses have solved my problem.

    Which username accounts is involved here?
    Which one registered which blog?

    You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

    You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com for each username account. You can either enter two different email addresses at these locations (see below) or enter the same one at both locations.

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your response. This is the first thread I’ve written on the subject. I have read threads posted by other users to try to resolve my problem but have not yet been able to solve it.

    My username is christianne118. I am the sole administrator for the three blogs I own. The issue I’m facing has to do with this one: http://lookatjesuscourse.com/

    When I go under Users-> Personal Settings in the dashboard, I see the correct email address.

    When I go under Settings-> General in the dashboard, I do not see any place for an email address to be entered or displayed. The only options are for setting the site title, tagline, timezone, date format, time format, week start day, language, or snow. Am I missing it somewhere?
