Receiving emails about expiration but products appear to be active

    We have received several email to say that our domain will expire and then today one saying that it has expired.
    I spent considerable time online last week trying to ensure all was ok on this front, but from the Store in the dashboard, it is telling me that our domain is active and says it was paid for back in March. (says that it is renewed until 2016)
    Can you please clarify.
    It also says that our site is not is not mapping to wordpress.com, but when i try to fix it, it tells me it is already mapped.
    The site itself seems to still be working, so this whole process isn’t making any sense at the moment.

    The emails and mapping issues sound like something for a staff member to look into so I tagged this post for that. As far as your domain expiration, I checked whois and constanceari.org is indeed renewed until March 2016.
