Receiving emails from a ‘WordPress’ site that I want stopped!

    I tried to leave a comment at a site (Deadline) where you manage the comments section but was unable to BUT THEY KEEP FLOODING MY EMAIL WITH NOTIFICATIONS! Every time I hit the unsubscribe button I am funneled back here & my OTHER email address coming up. The address where the flooding is: (email visible only to moderators and staff) not the gmail address. Could you please tell them to stop FLOODING MY EMAIL WITH THEIR MESSAGES?

    Hi there,

    Please log out of your WordPress.com account, and then click the Unsubscribe link appearing at the bottom of the comment emails. The reason it’s not working when you click that is because you’re logged into a WordPress.com account associated with a different email address, and clicking the link takes you to your WordPress.com account, rather than to the email subscriptions for that email.

    Alternatively, open https://subscribe.wordpress.com/ in an incognito browser window and enter that email address. That will cause a link to be emailed to you, which you must then also open in an incognito window/while logged out. That will allow you to view and manage all active subscriptions for that email address.
