Receiving emails from my website.

    Hello. I’m not receiving email inquiries from my website. I also use Zohomail and all emails from website are forwarded to my gmail.

    Hello!

    Have you checked your gmail spam folder? That is one possible explanation.

    If you still need help, please include the address of your website when you reply.

    When I reply to a support request that does have include a website address, I always like to add that this forum supports sites hosted with WordPress.com.

    If you know your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, there are similar support forums for sites like yours at WordPress.org and that is the better resource for you to seek help.
