Receiving emails from one of your accounts.

    I have an email server at marayna.com I am getting WordPress 560 error messages addressed to my mail server: ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ about a misconfigured WordPress website ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ I tried to reach out to the owners of ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ to no avail. Is it possible for someone at WordPress to reach out to this group to fix their configuration?

    The WordPress 560 error should be addressed to (email visible only to moderators and staff) not (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    That website is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com but using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    You would need to investigate to see who their host provider is and you may be able to reach out to their site host to see what your options are or report the issue to them.
