receiving error message on Internet Explorer

  Error message says that Internet Explorer cannot open blog page.

  Sign out of your WP account then try clearing your cache & cookies
  Then restart your browser. & sign back into your wp.com account.

  If that don’t work then proceed with option 2

  Contact support
  http://wordpress.com/contact-support/
  You’ll need to manually add the link to the page

  Also are you Referring to a WordPress.COM blog ?

  This issue is resolved – the error in IE seems to associated with the Platial Mapkit widget which is not loading correctly in Internet Explorer 7 and is resulting in the error message. For anyone else who is having this issue, go to your Manage Widgets and remove Platial Mapkit and this should resolve it.
