receiving failed orders

We received 460 failed orders which are not real orders. Obviously all fakes. All orders were failed and fortunately didn’t charge to our account. Otherwise we had to make refunds with paying PayPal Fee! We checked these orders and those are not our customers (of course we can’t check all 460) We’ve been trying to contact Woocommerce but no reply for three days.
we now can’ t take orders thru our web site and loosing our sales. This is the urgent matter and need to find out what is going on. We need to set back to normal ASAP.
