Receiving Fatal Error with HTML of Custom Domain.

Hi I’m a Graphic Designer and I’m updating my client’s Custom Domain WordPress website. Unfortunately, I added a line of code and I’m now receiving this Fatal error on his website:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_telephone_number() (previously declared in
/hermes/waloraweb010/b1757/moo.larrykriegerlcswcom/wp-content/themes/TwentyEleven2/functions.php:7) in
/hermes/waloraweb010/b1757/moo.larrykriegerlcswcom/wp-content/themes/TwentyEleven2/functions.php on line 16How do I correct the problem if I can’t access the website?
Thanks for any assistance.

You are in the wrong forum for that version of the software and need to be at WordPress.ORG for help.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Hi raincoaster & timethief, Thanks so much for the clarification. I did read about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. But since the Custom Domain was purchased through WordPress.com, I thought this was the correct forum. It appears to be confusing for many users, so the documentation should be clearer… The most helpful comment was “If you are modifying your functions.php file, that means your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but is instead hosted elsewhere. Please repost your question on the WordPress.org forums.” I do appreciate your quick response. Thanks!
