Receiving Feedback,not Comments, Do I have settings wrong?

  Hi,

  I’m very new to this… Seems like a couple of nice people have sent me Feedback, but they aren’t Comments so they can’t be viewed beneath the posts.

  I’m seeking Comments to encourage a more public exchange. Not private Feedback.

  Do I have a Setting set up wrong? I can’t find my answer (yet) searching through your topics.

  Those feedbacks are coming through because you have a contact form embedded in some posts. This post is one example.

  The comment form is separate and is automatically included below each post. This means you can leave the contact form out of posts and readers will still be able to leave comments.
