Receiving no emails

  I have not received my confirmation email, so went to reset my password to check whether I was getting emails through and I haven’t received this email either. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder regularly. Any help? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  I checked, and the emails to your account email address are bouncing because the host/domain name for your address can’t be found. Can you please double check to make sure the email address listed in your account settings is correct?

  Thank you for the response. I just received an email notification that you’d replied to my message on the email address on my account, so it’s definitely correct!

  @reginemazaredo — Can you please check the email address in your account settings to make sure you’re using an email address that you have access to? Right now your account has an email address ending in wordpress.com, which isn’t a valid email address.
