receiving old blog posts when i delete a post

  could really use help tracking down this problem. whenever we delete an old blog post, the system sends an older random blog post out to all those who are subscribed by email to the blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Use webmaster tool to remove a deleted post from the engines. http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
