Receiving "Parse Error: syntax Error" during wetup

    Hi,
    I am just begining the setup of my new website, and it seems that inadvertantly I’ve changed or erased something.
    On the right right side column + on posts & pages I receive this message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /home/nernets/public_html/nerianetser.co.il/wp-content/themes/twentyten/footer.php on line 33

    Could anyone please help with how to correct this (as I am no software or html specialist) ?
