Receiving "Post Changed" after/before a new post has been made live

  I am the admin for newmiltonttc.com and we’ve had an issue for about 1-2 years now where we sometimes receive “post changed” just after a post has been made live. This happens (to our knowledge) for no reason.

  We would like to use the “post changed” function in the future to keep our members up to date. Can you tell me whether this issue is fixable?
