Receiving spam messages

  I’m receiving spam messages ever since I launched my site and customers have been purchasing. I also have the message in my dashboard stating ‘I am not using a secure https connection. When I looked for the SSL certificate, the WordPress forums states all WordPress sites are installed with SSL certificates. Please clarify.
