Recent Account Renewal

    Hello. I forgot I have a yearly subscription so I was alarmed today when my yearly subscription was deducted from my bank account. Per your FAQ’s I should have received an email before my card was charged and I never received this email. I would like a refund and to cancel my subscription.

  • Hey there, I don’t see upgrades under this account. I’d bet the email went to a different address, for a different account.

    If you can’t figure out which is the correct account, you might try looking up the charge and reaching out to our billing team directly. You can do that here:
