Recent article from site not uploading to intranet

    Our WordPress account is connected to our intranet, so any articles published in our WordPress site are uploaded to our intranet within a couple of hours, However, a recent article we created has not uploaded to our intranet. Can someone tell me if this can be fixed, and provide the process of how these uploads happen? The person who set this up is not with our company anymore, and that knowledge didn’t get passed down to me.
