  How do I change the setting to have the newest blog on top?

  Hi WeissDecisions,

  By default your site should be oriented that way. It looks like you have a post that is “featured” this “pins” the post above all others on your front page.

  If you can find the post in https://wordpress.com/post/ select edit. Once there, tap on “Status” on the right panel and toggle off “Stick to the front page”. After toggling this off, the post should move down into a position below the newer posts.
