Recent change to image editing within a post

  The way to add images to a post has changed from very simple to annoyingly complex (at least the first time I tried to use it). Previously, if I wanted to make the image appear smaller in the post, I could select from a list that allowed me to make it 90% of original size, down to (I think) maybe 50%. Easy-peasy.

  Now I have to futz around with rescaling and half the time it doesn’t take and it’s frustrating. I don’t get it. First you get rid of the “Paste from Word” button and now you have made adjusting an image size inserted into a post that much harder. Sorry, but “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” comes to mind.

  If these recent changes are supposed to be improvements, I think you’ve got a weird understanding of the concept of improvements. They’re supposed to make it easier, not more difficult.

  Hi Doobster… sorry you hear you’re finding the new functionality. We’re always trying to improve WordPress and make it easier so I’ll pass your feedback on.
