Recent changes in coding are making posting stories very difficult

This last month has seen some strange coding changes. Now when I post a link, this bizarre box pops up that is utterly useless and in the way.
When I post text from another site, it appears in a strange font that is huge and doesn’t match my font size.
I can’t post videos anymore, the link system doesn’t work.
Sometimes the text has odd spacing which never happened before.
It used to very easy to post stuff now it is nearly impossible and very messy. I want the old system back. I am a paying customer and so far, my interactions with WordPress employees has been pretty nasty, no one has offered to move my complaints upstairs.
Also…I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE UPSET. Others have the same problems this month and are also getting pretty pissed off about the changes.

I’m sorry but you failed to provide the URL for your blog and we cannot even begin to address your issues until we can locate it. Also know that no changes have been made to the new editor since March.

Perhaps you are not aware of this but every time you post into a support thread here you can find that at this link member link under your username above https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/emsnews and do know that Google indexes threads here almost instantly.
