    I was recently charged $70 and I don’t know why. My annual fee should be $48.00.

    Even if I requested a refund it’s showing only $48.00 to be refunded.

    Hi there, did you register a custom domain name as a part of your website plan upgrade? If so, the custom domain name was included in your plan for the first year and at renewal you pay individually for your Personal plan (US$48) and for the renewal for your custom domain (US$22 for .blog ).

    Domains can only be refunded up to 48-hours following initial registration, but if you are sure you don’t want to use your custom domain any longer, you can cancel it completely. If that is what you would like to do, please contact support directly at https://wordpress.com/help/contact/

    Thanks for getting in touch. The situation here is exactly what justjennifer outlined in the first paragraph of her comment.

    Plans don’t include the domain registration. These are separated now. If you want to keep the domain, and not the plan, or vise versa, I can help you with that. Just let me know.
