  Hello,

  This was my mothers account and she has recently passed away. My family was not aware of this account or the charges we have been getting. We are struggling financially now that she has passed. Can we please cancel the latest charges and the domain names? We can not afford this charge of 70 dollars right now.

  I checked and see that you were able to cancel the domain mapping subscription under the account. There are currently no active subscriptions for this account. The mapping subscription was only for $13, and I didn’t see a $70 subscription. Was there another charge you were concerned about?
