Recent Comment Widget does not display recent comments an Upgrade Question
-
Hi dear WP Team,
I recognized today that in the Recent Comments Widget (if I am logged out or if a visitor visits the blog) the recent comments are not shown anymore but the following message is given:“RECENT COMMENTS
There are no public comments available to display.”There are enough comments available. I removed the widget and installed it anew in the hoped this would fix the problem but it does not. Could you kindly help me to fix that?
Another question I had in mind for some weeks: I purchased domain mapping, an own domain and customization. If I would now buy the $99upgrade that includes these + the removal of the ads, the money I paid already for the three features which are included in this $99 package will this be subtracted from the $99 bill or will I have to pay $99 and the money I invested already into three upgrade features will be lost?
Thanks a lot.
Your work has been always excellent and I am deeply satisfied with everything.
I could not thank you enough :-)Tenpel

Hi,
There was a small bug in that widget that we added while making improvements to it. We’ve fixed the bug and everything should be back to normal.Regarding the premium upgrade, for the domain name, there isn’t a discount/credit because we’ll actually bump your renewal another year when purchasing the upgrade, so nothing lost there.
The premium bundle should allow you to purchase it at a discounted price of $79 since you already have the design upgrade. If it isn’t, let me know and we can make it right.
Cheers!
