  I want to edit a blog post and remove Recent Comments, Archives from right side bag. Also would lie to add table of content at side bar

  It appears you can edit the blog sidebar specifically by going to Appearance > Customise > Blog > Blog Page and toggle the sidebar elements on or off there.
